Mr. Parr's books about intellectual property value and management are published in Japanese, Korean, Italian, Chinese, Russian,and English. He is dedicated to the development of comprehensive methods for accurately defining the value of intellectual property. Mr. Parr's opinions are used to accomplish licensing transactions, mergers, acquisitions, transfer pricing, and joint ventures. Mr. Parr publishes three royalty rate resource books, which have been sold all over the world. These books are dedicated to reporting detailed information about the economic aspects of intellectual property transactions including licensing and joint ventures. Mr. Parr founded the highly respected Licensing Economics Review in September 1990 for reporting royalty rate information from around the world. He served as Editor-in-Chief through August 2001 and is currently on its advisory board. LER is dedicated to reporting detailed information about the economic aspects of intellectual property licensing and joint venturing. Past assignments have included the valuation of the Dr. Seuss copyrights and the patent portfolio of AT&T.
